How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and school holidays. Last-minute bookings are always welcome, subject to availability.
What areas do you service?
We are based in Paarl and service Paarl and surrounding areas. Travel outside our standard service area may incur an additional travel fee.
How do I secure my booking?
Your booking is confirmed once we receive your non-refundable booking fee. The remaining balance is due before your event. We’ll send all payment details and booking confirmation once your date is reserved.
What is included in a sleepover package?
Each guest receives a beautifully styled teepee setup, comfortable mattress, fitted sheet, duvet, decorative cushions, breakfast tray, night light, personalised sleep mask, floral arrangement. Delivery, setup and collection are also included.
How much space do I need?
Each teepee requires approximately 2m x 1m of floor space. We’re happy to help you determine how many tents will comfortably fit in your chosen room.
Can I choose a custom theme?
Absolutely! Choose from our existing themes or let us create a personalised setup to match your child’s vision. We love bringing unique ideas to life.
How long does setup take?
Most setups take 1–2 hours, depending on the number of tents and any additional styling or activities booked.
When do you collect the equipment?
Collection usually takes place the day after your event at a pre-arranged time that’s convenient for you.
Do I need to clean the equipment before collection?
No cleaning is required. We simply ask that all items are kept indoors, food and drinks are kept off the bedding where possible, and everything is ready for collection.
Are your products cleaned after each event?
Yes. Hygiene is one of our top priorities. All bedding and fabrics are laundered with anti-allergic detergent , and every item is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before each booking.
Are your sleepover setups suitable for all ages?
Our sleepover experiences are designed primarily for children aged 5 years and older, but we also create beautiful setups for teenagers and even adults celebrating special occasions.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We understand that accidents happen. If an item is accidentally damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Charges may apply for items that are lost, permanently stained or damaged beyond repair.
Can parents stay during the setup?
Yes! We simply ask that an adult is present to welcome us and show us the setup area. Once everything is ready, we’ll let you enjoy the surprise!
